I was not happy they sold me a vehicle protection insurance it added 4k to my loan, and was told i had to because that's what the bank recommended, or else my interest will go up. When I approached one, he seemed annoyed and bothered that I was asking for help and then referred me to someone else. Luckily, the woman who helped me knew how to give good customer service and kept me informed as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. It seems to me that they could use customer service training to at least greet customers when they come in even if it's just to let them know they will be helped soon. More
