Always make an appointment and our RAV4 is taken right in for service after checking in. We were told that it would take 60 - 90 minutes this time. Received a text from Jason a few minutes before the 90 mi for service after checking in. We were told that it would take 60 - 90 minutes this time. Received a text from Jason a few minutes before the 90 minutes that the service was completed. Everyone was very courteous and explained any questions we had. The only complaint we have about the dealership, we waited in waiting room, was the horrible condition of the chairs in there. Very uncomfortable and padding in them totally broken down. Chairs in showroom in much better condition and much more comfortable. Other than that, we will continue to use AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. More

Sold my car to them and yet I still don’t have a payment. It’s been since 6-67-22, was promised a check no later than 7-10 business days it now 27 days and still no check. I’ve spoke to Roberto, and Hira and It’s been since 6-67-22, was promised a check no later than 7-10 business days it now 27 days and still no check.
