I have had a great experience at the service center the times I have been there. Both sales associates I have worked with have not made the best impression however. The person I bought my car from was very times I have been there. Both sales associates I have worked with have not made the best impression however. The person I bought my car from was very responsive before I bought my car and stated he would be there for any questions. After buying the car however he was impossible to contact. I thought about selling my car recently but was up front about just wanting to get more information and was not selling that day. The sales representative was very push and condescending when we chatted. He mansplained the entire economy to me and already had his signature on the agreement even though I was clear I was not selling/buying anything that day. I did not appreciate how pushy he was and how he was dismissive of what my intentions of the appointment was. On top of disregarding my goals of the meeting, he was also 45 minutes late after being the one to reach out and set up the meeting. In typical man fashion he did claim to it not being his fault and that he was never notified by reception and his computer was running slow. Zero accountability. More

I was a bot nervous when I showed up for my appointment. Several others waiting to be helped.
