I visited Arapahoe Toyota to ake care of a recall that Toyota released. The recall was for the Vehicle Stability Control, not the older recall for the Rear Turn Signal. We’ll, after arriving home waiting Toyota released. The recall was for the Vehicle Stability Control, not the older recall for the Rear Turn Signal. We’ll, after arriving home waiting for the car to be ready, Arapahoe Toyota contacted me that they didn’t have the correct parts for the rear turn signal and I would need to make a follow up appointment. When I arrived to pick up my car, I specifically indicated that I brought the car in for the VSC concern!! Only at that time did they mention that “oh, that was already completed”. It wasn’t itemized on the invoice and rather service consultant said it was on THEIR records??? I never received a hard copy for my records! Poor! More
