I was asked to complete a review after my most recent service appointment. I have to admit that I have been a little dissatisfied with the service side of things. I was leasing my 4Runner and it was alwa service appointment. I have to admit that I have been a little dissatisfied with the service side of things. I was leasing my 4Runner and it was always my intention to buy it. Several of the service appointments during the lease side, I feel like my comments were not addressed. Not this most recent appointment, but the one before that, I asked that the clips on my mud flaps be fixed as several were broken on the back passenger side. The service person who handled my service told me it had been fixed which was not accurate. I discovered new clips had been put on but that they were not affixed. I ended up clipping them when I got home myself and when I texted the service person about it, all they said was sorry that is an easy fix. This last time I was in in May, I noticed that my windshield wiper fluid had not been topped off. When I changed to a purchase in March, I bought the extended service and warranty and I was very hesitant to because I did not feel it was worth the money. Now I am really regretting it. Do you guys not top off fluids as any oil changing place would do, because I am paying a heck of a lot more to take it to you rather than a 15 minute place! More

We arrived to look at two truck from the website. I had contacted them about availability. I didn’t tell them when we were coming. It was on Memorial Day and they were very busy. We looked around the lot for a bit, but only found one of the trucks we wanted to see. After asking inside they contacted Dave for us. The second truck was not on the lot, it was still being detailed. We test drove the first truck liked it and decided to purchase it. The purchase took a very long time, despite the fact that we were not using financing (paying cash). Everyone was nice but I just felt that it could have been faster. More
