The representative is very attentive and through, he tried to figure out all the diagnoses all by himself which is a bit strange, so it a LONG time to check my car in. I requested to replace the gas ca tried to figure out all the diagnoses all by himself which is a bit strange, so it a LONG time to check my car in. I requested to replace the gas cap, the part cost 64 and the installation cost 30, I asked if I could install myself and he responded was impossible…. Later I saw it was a plastic string I can easily pop in, oh well I have always give 5 stars this dealership in the past, but not this time More

They were prompt, professional and proficient. It was so helpful to have the van driver to drop off and pick up to get the car - he was great!
