They do reliable repairs and service. However a simple oil change takes over 1.5 hours and costs $109. I purchased my vehicle new from the dealership 16 years ago and have had all of my service performed at this dealership since then. I was disappointed by two aspects of my most recent service visit. Firs ago and have had all of my service performed at this dealership since then. I was disappointed by two aspects of my most recent service visit. First, I had to remain on hold for 15 minutes just to get to speak to someone to schedule my visit. Second, I learned during this service visit that the dealership no longer honors discount coupons from other Toyota dealerships. In the future I will have my service performed that the Toyota dealership with the best discounts and perhaps buy my next vehicle there as well. More
