The Service Advisor explained everything he was doing and had the work requested performed. In earlier times Autonation washed my car before returning it but that did not happen this time. The car was done and ready slightly earlier than promised and I was grateful for that. More
Excellent service! They actually care and listen. Will make it work. I will always take my Toyotas here only. Best service center in Colorado. They actually care and listen. Will make it work. I will always take my Toyotas here only. Best service center in Colorado. More
The guy who met me at my car was very helpful and solved my problem without having someone look at my car. I asked when my next service was due and he said "now". That was great because I didn't have to com my problem without having someone look at my car. I asked when my next service was due and he said "now". That was great because I didn't have to come back. This was a much better experience than last time. Last time I went, a different service rep chastised me for not coming in sooner and couldn't be bothered to talk to me when my work was done. More
The service department was really nice in letting me know what I should do now and what I could hold off on until my next appointment so the cost wasn’t so high for me. what I should do now and what I could hold off on until my next appointment so the cost wasn’t so high for me. More
just nowNEW I bought my car here a few years ago. The price was great and it didn't feel as if I was getting a bad deal, despite the dealership obviously needing to also need to be making money. I en The price was great and it didn't feel as if I was getting a bad deal, despite the dealership obviously needing to also need to be making money. I ended up with a service package that was included thanks to the person helping us out. I generally make appointments and solely have gone to this AutoNation despite being able to take it to any AutoNation dealer. The wait is never too long, with my first two oil changes taking aboutban hour. This last time they estimated an hour and a half which had been spot on! More
Answer the phone, not place customers in the phone loop where it just keeps, looping around and around. Have service reps answer/return phone calls within a reasonable period of time. As experts, if you do where it just keeps, looping around and around. Have service reps answer/return phone calls within a reasonable period of time. As experts, if you don’t know what’s wrong, don’t just guess and charge for a misdiagnosis nor did it fix the issue. I had my Lexus looked at in Dec 2021 for light indicator on dash/brake light issue. $236 later issues continued. I called & called, days, weeks. Finally, I was off from work so I came in to make an appointment to bring it back in. I stood there for a some time unacknowledged until a guy finally stopped and asked had I been helped. I said no and he then brought me to the desk of a guy who had looked at me several times but never offered any assistance nor even said, someone will be with you shortly. I told him my issue and how I had called over & over about the issue but no one ever returned my call and I was always put through to the rep’s voicemail. He says, well he’s been out for last few days. I said it was months ago. I brought it in for my appointment on 5/11 and Was told it was something else (sockets were bad) which would be $1,000 to fix. I am not at all impressed with this service. Then I was told, we can’t refund you the $236 because that’s what the tech “thought” was the problem but we can charge you labor at “warranty rate” $600 which doesn’t include the cost of the parts. Never returning there! $236 lesson well learned. More
Straight forward talk. Usually knowledgeable ( the service advisors could use a bit more repair knowlege besides’reset the warning lights/sensors’). Usually knowledgeable ( the service advisors could use a bit more repair knowlege besides’reset the warning lights/sensors’). More
