The customer service people were very friendly but I asked two or three times about getting a tire leak fixed and it was not. Also, I had a tear in my steering wheel that was twice the size after pick u asked two or three times about getting a tire leak fixed and it was not. I brought my 2010 Prius in after warning of hybrid system failure. I new this wasn’t going to be good. Luckily the repair was covered under a Toyota TSB, technical service bulletin. The needed parts were failure. I new this wasn’t going to be good. Luckily the repair was covered under a Toyota TSB, technical service bulletin. The needed parts were on back order. But Toyota and our service tech Jeremy took care of us with great communication and a paid rental car for nearly two weeks. The parts came in and work was done promptly. Returning the rental and picking up our Prius went very smoothly. Great service! More
