Had so level of difficulty in communicating with the Service Advisor to find out the status of my car's repair. The vehicle was returned to us with the suggestion that we bring it back if the problem happened again. Scary for my wife. Since no clear mechanical problem could be identified, I would guess that some uncommon combination of events triggered a momentary fail mode in the engine computer that resulted in a complete draining of the battery over night.
