The service team was one the worst I dealt with. I spent $70,000 on Tacoma for them to not perform an alignment on my truck when I took it in to get new tires installed. I drove my truck for about 10,000 miles before finding out they never preformed an alignment so now I have uneven ware on my $1500 tires. I had to reseat the maintenance light myself and they stripped one of my studs on the front tire and I had to fix it on the side of the road when I got a flat. I prepaid for the maintenance package I spend additional money every time I take it in and I still get treated like a second class citizen or I bought some xxx not a $70,000 truck. They had not preformed the tire rotation on my truck for the 5000 mile maintenance. I don’t know why I prepaid for maintenance if you were not going to perform it. More
