The 25,000 mile service went quick, the wait was minimal. Service tech was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. As soon as we arrived Bill Grubb greeted us and made us feel welcome. We went over what needed to be done and what I wanted done. He explained the cost involved and about how long it would take.
