The Service Advisor explained everything he was doing and had the work requested performed. In earlier times Autonation washed my car before returning it but that did not happen this time. I purchased my vehicle new from the dealership 16 years ago and have had all of my service performed at this dealership since then. I was disappointed by two aspects of my most recent service visit. Firs ago and have had all of my service performed at this dealership since then. I was disappointed by two aspects of my most recent service visit. First, I had to remain on hold for 15 minutes just to get to speak to someone to schedule my visit. Second, I learned during this service visit that the dealership no longer honors discount coupons from other Toyota dealerships. In the future I will have my service performed that the Toyota dealership with the best discounts and perhaps buy my next vehicle there as well. More

They do reliable repairs and service. However a simple oil change takes over 1.5 hours and costs $109. The guy who met me at my car was very helpful and solved my problem without having someone look at my car. I asked when my next service was due and he said "now". That was great because I didn't have to com my problem without having someone look at my car. I asked when my next service was due and he said "now". Last time I went, a different service rep chastised me for not coming in sooner and couldn't be bothered to talk to me when my work was done. More
