I purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass I saw on AutoNation Toyota's website. Vinny was my initial contact. I went in to look at the Jeep, didn't test drive it. It was pretty much clean and was from Colorado with Colorado owners; it didn't have any reported accidents. It doesn't have all the 'bells and whistles'. However, I needed a car that is going to be reliable and not too old and not a lot of miles. I'm concerned about the engine, it vibrates when I'm at a stop with the brake on. I called the Arapahoe Service Center and wasn't impressed with the woman (Carly?) who answered. She asked me what kind of car and I told her; she was somewhat surprised that I had purchased a used Jeep. I'm going to look for another Toyota dealership for service that is closer to me and hopefully not surprised that it is not a Toyota and not a new vehicle. David who did help me at the dealership was courteous and professional. BTW: I only received 1 key to the vehicle; I would have preferred 2 keys, there was no Manual or floor mats. David sent me the Manual online. I'm hoping to have a better interaction/relationship with the Service Department that I find closer to me. I'm not sure at this point if I need an Oil Change and everything that comes with the service. Question, what is upfront service pricing? I was under the impression I had service for 14,000 miles. Overall, the dealership was clean and the personnel were pleasant upon entering the facilities. I didn't answer all the questions with bullets as they didn't apply. More

Toyota Dealers allways uses Toyota brand motor OIL. I paid $110 for Penzoil, very over priced, super dishonest. I used a $25 coupon, was charged for new brake pads not new brake disks at $299 plus $110 I paid $110 for Penzoil, very over priced, super dishonest. There have been times they could’ve taken advantage of a situation for a profit and didn’t. This previous time, my car was squealing when I accelerated. Turns out it was just something in my trunk.
