A squirrel got into my car engine and pretty much nibbled on everything it could find. The Service Department at this dealer and my representative there, Jez, were great. Jez kept me informed throughout th on everything it could find. The Service Department at this dealer and my representative there, Jez, were great. Jez kept me informed throughout the repair and explained all the pieces that had to be repaired. They even removed the dead squirrel who died when he nibble on the battery. Best of all, they didn't laugh at me regarding my trials and tribulations with that dang squirrel. My car is running great. I am extremely satisfied with the Service in this dealership and the great people who worked with me. Especially, Jez. More
