I had a great experience there. Tyler greeted me quickly and had me checked in in no time. The waiting room had plenty of coffee and snacks plus lunch choices. I went to the Autonation Toyota Arapahoe Service Center without an appointment to get air put in the tires of my 2018 Tacoma. A technician immediately had me pull into one of the bays and took care of it. The technician even showed me how to do it and explained that because of the cold weather and our altitude of about 6,000 feet, he was putting in more air than would be normal. I was treated very respectfully and not made to feel stupid for not knowing how to do it. He told me to come back any time and they would be happy to take care of that for me. The whole visit was less than 15 minutes and it made me love Toyota even more. This is the second Toyota that I have owned. My previous vehicle was a Camry which I bought brand new from a dealership in Hawaii, owned it for 9 years, then gave it to my college student granddaughter here in Colorado. My experience in Hawaii and here in Colorado was so good that I’m a Toyota customer for life. More
Always prompt, efficient and helpful whenever I bring in my Highlander. Terrific car and best service experience I’ve ever found. my Highlander. Terrific car and best service experience I’ve ever found. More
The service department is fantastic, but my experience with my salesman was way subpar. I kind of figured it would be this way as it’s kinda cliche at this point. I got window tint included with my car pu with my salesman was way subpar. I kind of figured it would be this way as it’s kinda cliche at this point. I got window tint included with my car purchase, and it could only be set up through the salesman Sergio. It took him over a month to get back with me after multiple texts and phone calls and I only got help after an email I sent to the sales manager clearly got to him. 6 weeks later. I also was told at the date of purchase, I would get another key and FOB to have two sets, and it would take place when I got the tint, but that was clearly an empty promise as that was entirely ignored. The service department is pretty good. They made a mistake on an oil change and had to do extra work to fix it. It was free of charge, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. It was handled well by the service manager. He truly cared although I wasn’t offered anything for the time and inconvenience. As with any dealership, there are many pieces to the puzzle so I can’t fault the place as a whole. Most the experiences have been good, in fact the service department is solid and always helpful, but have had some major disappointments. I know I’m not a whale customer. And that may play into it a bit. More
