I found a 2024 Highlander hybrid limited that I wanted to buy. So I brought up the chat box and started the process on getting the availability on the hybrid (show on their website it was in the building sta buy. After going through what my name was, email, and what hybrid I wanted with the vin#; the chat bot (Angie G) asked me when I could come by if all was to my liking? I told the bot it would take me about eight hours to get there. And if I was to come to their dealership was coming to buy not just look. Angie asked me what my email and phone number was and I gave them to the her through the chat box. I also explained that the phone number would accept the call, but would be placed in phone text mail, since their phone number was not in my contact list. She said ok, they would contact me by my email. And be for I could ask what number they would call me; Angie terminated the call. A few minutes later David Rivera sent me an email saying they have no 2024 Highlander Hybrid limited to sell. I asked why does the website still show they have one with vin number 5TDACAB56RS14G007 and is in the build stage. I also wrote that I’m would like to have with Storm Cloud with black seats if one comes up. I’m still waiting for David Rivera reply…nothing as of writing this review; 24 hours has past. Does this mean they are falsifying their information on their website just to lure customers in; just to tell the no deal not available? More
