I brought my van in for VSC, engine light and tire pressure light. Paid $700 and the same day all 3 lights were back! I feel cheated. Can someone refund my money or fix the problems? Very disappointed More

I had the worst experience at Auto nation! Despite returning the car to the dealer because the same initial problems of engine lights and VSC showing back the same day after service, they insisted that, that was a "new" problem that showed up after they fixed initial problem. I am not a mechanic. So the question is, how come they never mentioned to me on what to expect? I tend to believe they either did not know what they were doing, or they did not care. Even a medical doctor would always advice patients on what to expect post treatment. Anyways when i took the vehicle back, now they were asking for $400 to fix the "new problem, they claim this new problem was never seen on initial diagnosic test. Obviously i was never going to pay for services that i wasn't guaranteed was going to fix the issues the vehicle had. The worst of all, as my daughter picked the vehicle and was driving off the parking lot, she heard some funny sounds but did not know what it was. On parking, she noticed a puncture on the front passenger tire. The punture was so big and looked like the tire was slashed. Anyways when i brought this issue with the manger who was very arrogant, he dismissed this as something that did not happen at the dealers. He pulled the video and insisted that the vehicle was driving well and that it did not look like it had a puncture. The question is, how could he tell a punture on a video of a moving vehicle? Anyways, i count it loss, and I regret taking my vehicle to this Auto Nation dealership at Centennial. I would never refer anyone to this place! I had the worst experience with service and customer service that includes the MANAGER who was very arrogant and defensive throughout the ordeal!
