This has always been the worst experience of buying any car and no difference here. I wonder HOW much commission they make to sell the extended warranty. It must be a lot considering how hard they push it. But as I mentioned before, once I connected with a sales person, everything was great. That said, I have visited this dealer often and there were multiple times that I left without talking to anyone even after waiting for a long time. More
