My 2018 Tacoma began making a noise like a diesel truck at idle. I called and explained what was going on and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. Even though the noise wasn't able to be reproduced at the shop, a full inspection was completed and the lock for the spare tire was removed at no cost. I had mentioned on the side that when I purchased the truck it didn't come with a key to the spare lock. Thank you for going above and beyond, I'll make the extra drive distance from where I live for such excellent customer service any time. More
