My 2018 Tacoma began making a noise like a diesel truck at idle. I called and explained what was going on and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. When I arrived, Taylor was the first person to g at idle. I called and explained what was going on and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. When I arrived, Taylor was the first person to greet me, and address my concerns. He caught me off guard by thanking me for my service, he had made notice of my disabled Veteran plates. Even though the noise wasn't able to be reproduced at the shop, a full inspection was completed and the lock for the spare tire was removed at no cost. I had mentioned on the side that when I purchased the truck it didn't come with a key to the spare lock. Thank you for going above and beyond, I'll make the extra drive distance from where I live for such excellent customer service any time. More
