As always wonderful service. In and out in a little over an hour when I was told about 90 minutes! Staff friendly and informative about what was done to my vehicle. Great dealership. Knowledgeable personnel, and relatively fast service. I also think their diagnostics were spot on. I have taken my car to be serviced here because I bought the service package when I bought my car. Every time I go in there is something that needs to be "fixed" that isn't covered by the warranty. This last time I was addressed as "Babe" by the person who greeted me and took my car over to be serviced. During the servicing they took my lights off auto, turned my parking assist off and even changed my number 1 setting. Why? Also when I was told where my car was parked I walked out to find the plastic covering and paper on the floor, with no garbage nearby. Also I think it is time for them to replace the waiting room chairs, very uncomfortable and most of them look like they got them out of the garbage. More
Basic maintenance is good. However, they never seems to have parts in stock for pre-scheduled appointments. On one occasion, I scheduled the installation of a remote start, but However, they never seems to have parts in stock for pre-scheduled appointments. On one occasion, I scheduled the installation of a remote start, but they didn't have it in stock when I arrived. Ended up installing it myself. Recently, I scheduled an appointment for my 35k maintenance and the installation of a brake controller for towing my camper. Same thing... The day of the appointment, they didn't have the brake controller in stock. It's like they don't even read the appointment details, until you pull your vehicle in their doors. It wastes my time. More
