The warranty work experience was overall good. However, its questioning when you make an appointment that it took over 4 hours to check & change one tire pressure sensor. I don't know what is entailed but was initially told that it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours and then reality was over 4 hours. The Team was great and I finally took the shuttle home & Elliot was a real delight. More

Said it would take 1. 5 hours. Took 3 hours instead. The custodian threw away my $7.50 Starbucks when I stood up to stretch and walked a couple of feet away from my chair. 5 hours. Was sold as it turns out an incredibly expensive service contract extension when we purchased the vehicle. They notify you to service the vehicle every 5000 miles but service contract only covers service i contract extension when we purchased the vehicle. They notify you to service the vehicle every 5000 miles but service contract only covers service intervals of 10,000 miles. Last service of oil/filter change, tire rotation and alignment took 4 hours. Alignment of front tires was done to out of specs and was told they had to do that to keep it from pulling? Vehicle only has 28,000 and has already had two alignments per recommendation of dealership service department. More
