They have seriously taken care of me as a new car buyer. I had a few concerns with the vehicle that I brought to their attention. They’ve even gone as far as providing new all season tires since the others were close to end of life. I can’t tell you how much it means for them to take care of us like that. I had to replace my previous car in order to meet my demanding schedule. Still recovering from COVID we still to not have extra funds to spend on replacement tires. I can’t express how grateful I am. I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 2 hours for an oil change on Corolla. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if I have to wait? I can get an oil change at other places for $40 hours for an oil change on Corolla. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if I have to wait? I can get an oil change at other places for $40 less, under an hour if I just stopped in unannounced. We asked for a diagnostic on a check engine light, but the person just assumed we needed a new gas cap. That's the same diagnostic I got at my automotive parts store, thanks for the expertise! When we found out it was $60 and said we didn't want it the person's reason was "But, I just put the gas cap on." Because she didn't want to take it off she offered $20 off and promised we could return it if our check engine light didn't shut off. When I got home I looked it up the gas cap on Toyota's site it was $31! Our engine light still hasn't shut off and they didn't give back the gas cap so how are we going to return this one? Total waste of time to come to this place. More
