Nicole was an amazing service rep. The service waiting area was the worst for a Toyota dealership i have ever used. No free water, soda, or snacks. The complimentary coffee was used mo The service waiting area was the worst for a Toyota dealership i have ever used. No free water, soda, or snacks. The complimentary coffee was used more by employees than customers. I didn’t know Toyota allowed caffès in their waiting areas either. It was used more by employees during lunch than customers as well. The locks on the coolers made it feel like a gettho. The lack of amenities was very off putting and. I will find a new dealership for future service. More

We have used this location in the past for previous Toyotas we have owned and the service is always good. My only issue is that when it comes to the service entrance - there isn't really a " waiting" a Toyotas we have owned and the service is always good. My only issue is that when it comes to the service entrance - there isn't really a " waiting" area. You have to go inside and when you go to pick up your car, again, no real direction. I went in to pick up my car and no one greeted me or asked if they could help me. I finally just stood behind another customer who was being helped at one of the desks and waited there. There were a handful of techs that I saw and while they could have very well been busy, no one stopped to ask or say a word to me. Just odd to me... More
