I am not confident the Technician/mechanic resolved this issue. I am concerned there is a transmission issue, as I hear a sound while driving form 0-30 miles. They are always kind and courteous. The only draw back is they needed my car for an additional 2 hours to look at a plastic side panel that pulled away from the door. I received a phone call that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, the car was brought quickly. We got in and my husband asked if I had requested help to set the seat adustments. Since I forgot, I flagged a guy and he came right over. Issue: when the car turned off, then on, the seat would return to something similar to my settings. Often I valet the car and move the seat because I am short. Then when I get in and push the 1 button, nothing happens. Two service guys helped initially, then Bill, my contact, came and tried using the video on his phone. He found someone else and he tried to set the settings. While this person was working, Bill left. He then came back w/another service employee who kept moving the seats in all directions. After several complete seat movements, he finally got the settings button to hold. Sorry I do not know the names of all the people who helped but Bill probably does. THANK YOU to Bill & crew for persevering until the settings worked!!! It probably took 45 min to an hour of extra effort. More
