As usual, great service - I purchased the maintenance package for oil changes, etc. One issue yesterday, after the tire rotation, the tire pressure light came on and would not go off (I realize this happ package for oil changes, etc. One issue yesterday, after the tire rotation, the tire pressure light came on and would not go off (I realize this happens sometimes when the temperature drops, but it was fine on the drive over). Anyway I will return today to check tire pressure. Also, a warning light was removed - the light indicating that headlights are on. And after that, all of my preset settings were gone. I'll address this when I get the tire pressure checked. More

I took my 2021 Highlander in on 10/26/22 for a safety recall and 20,000 mile service. My appointment time was 3:00, and I checked in with Jeremy at 2:50. I was told the service would take between 2 and 2 recall and 20,000 mile service. My appointment time was 3:00, and I checked in with Jeremy at 2:50. I was told the service would take between 2 and 2 1/2 hours. I let Jeremy know that I would be staying and waiting for my car at the dealership. He told me someone would find me when my car was ready. The waiting area was clean, and provided complimentary tea and coffee, which was nice. Vending machines are available for additional snack purchases. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours with no word about my car, I went back to the service area and inquired. There were several customers waiting to check in and check out, with few employees working. Apparently Jeremy was also gone for the day, and I was told my car was ready and waiting for me in the lot. When I asked how long it had been sitting without me being notified it was ready, the technician had no answer. I have no idea how much time I spent sitting in the waiting area expecting to be notified that my car was ready, which is frustrating. When I entered my car, there was plastic on the driver’s seat and a dirty paper floor mat still in the vehicle, I’m assuming left there by the technician. I drove home without incident. The next morning, the warning light came on when I started my car. The computer noted my tire pressure was low. I called and left Jeremy a message inquiring about the warning light, and have yet to hear back. I would gladly upgrade my review if simple communication and follow up improves. Do better and you will have happy customers! More

Terrible service. Took almost 2 full hours for a scheduled oil change. SCHEDULED. To make matters worse after about an hour and half I went back to ask how much longer. ( she had originally told me an hour and 15 minutes expected) I thought I saw my van parked out and done but didn't want to jump to conclusions. When we finally checked out later that was exactly where my van was parked. It seemed like the girl who checked me in and out was too busy socializing and playing on the computer to do her job. Who knows how long the van was actually done. But waiting nearly two hours with even the best of 2 year olds in tow is an unacceptably long amount of time when you go in to a scheduled appointment. Would not recommend using them for an oil change unless you don't value your time and have hours to waste. Did not seem like the client was valued or respected. And at the end she tried to say it was because of the volume of cars all arriving at once. But they SCHEDULE appointments. So someone scheduled that many cars to arrive at once. And saying it is luck on when you come? Seriously??? They really need to reevaluate the flow of their cars through their service department because things are not flowing smoothly. Someone is clearly not good at organization and flow and there is no acceptable reason for a basic oil change to take nearly two hours. I'd like to also point out I didn't find the time estimate of an hour and 15 to be appropriate either because it was a scheduled appointment for a basic service that probably shouldn't take more than 15 min. I would have been ok understanding half an hour. More than an hour? Why?! More
