I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 2 hours for an oil change on Corolla. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if I have to wait? I can get an oil change at other places for $40 hours for an oil change on Corolla. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if I have to wait? I can get an oil change at other places for $40 less, under an hour if I just stopped in unannounced. We asked for a diagnostic on a check engine light, but the person just assumed we needed a new gas cap. That's the same diagnostic I got at my automotive parts store, thanks for the expertise! When we found out it was $60 and said we didn't want it the person's reason was "But, I just put the gas cap on." Because she didn't want to take it off she offered $20 off and promised we could return it if our check engine light didn't shut off. When I got home I looked it up the gas cap on Toyota's site it was $31! Our engine light still hasn't shut off and they didn't give back the gas cap so how are we going to return this one? Total waste of time to come to this place. More
