I appreciate the great service provided by Bill Grubb on both our Toyota vehicles. His recommendations keep our high-mileage vehicles running very well and he does NOT suggest any service item that is not both our Toyota vehicles. His recommendations keep our high-mileage vehicles running very well and he does NOT suggest any service item that is not truly necessary to keep them in great condition. I am pleased that Auto Nation Toyota is upfront on what service work is needed and the cost and does not slip in other unauthorized charges that I experienced at a different dealership. I appreciate the honesty and integrity that I have experienced at Auto Nation Toyota service department. More
Horrible customer service from the (Lack-Of) Service Department. Had to bring my 2020 4Runner (still under the factory warranty) after experiencing a flat tire. The Tire Pressure Warning System (TPWS) l Department. Had to bring my 2020 4Runner (still under the factory warranty) after experiencing a flat tire. The Tire Pressure Warning System (TPWS) light was blinking on the dash after getting the flat repaired. I was charged $148.81 for a a new pressure sensor (42607-48010) that lists for $95 and another $18.71 for a new nut to hold the tire pressure sensor on the wheel (04423-0E010), I guess they're too lazy to reuse the old nut. To top it off, it cost $171.36 to install the new sensor. Yes this is difficult, you have to dismount and re-mount the tire on the wheel. Grand total $350.31 $11.31 was tax. AutoNation just lost a customer. I've purchased 5 vehicles from them in the past and was looking at buying another. It certainly won't be from them! Take your business elsewhere. Toyota is a great product, just a horrible parts and service department at this stealership. I was forced to select at least one star, but would have chosen ZERO or negative stars if I could have. I'm certain they'll still submit this to Toyota Corporate as a Warranty Claim and get paid twice. They could have easily covered this under warranty for a previously loyal customer. That is all. More
