I had paint work done in their buddy shop. The first attempt was not satisfactory. The buddy shop manager arranged to complete the work at no cost to me and provide a rental car. Unfortunately, solvent was dripped into the headlights which caused deformation of the lens surfaces and discoloration due to paint pigment mixing into the plastic lens coverings. I admire the effort to fix the first issue but I am disappointed this issue wasn’t discovered before my car was returned to me. More

I liked my service agent Jason. Super nice and great guy! I was doing the 25,000 mile toyota care check-up and waiting for the check-up. It was around 1.5 hours. I had to pull over and call them. Apparently the check-up people did not shut my hood properly. So I did that and all was fine. More

I tried to buy a truck from Auto Nation and their process was hard, not friendly, and seemed like they did not care about selling an auto. The appointment took a while to make, but I understood everyone is busy nowadays. Auto Nation offers car wash and when I got the car back, the car was not cleaned although the service person said it was done. This is in inline of what Auto Nation has been over the last couple of years, service is not their thing! More
