Had so level of difficulty in communicating with the Service Advisor to find out the status of my car's repair. The vehicle was returned to us with the suggestion that we bring it back if the problem happened again. Scary for my wife. Since no clear mechanical problem could be identified, I would guess that some uncommon combination of events triggered a momentary fail mode in the engine computer that resulted in a complete draining of the battery over night. They are always on time to check your car in for service and they complete the service in the time they tell you. And it is always done right. I trust them to take care of my 2,Toyotas. I would recommend the dealership but for the past few years the service department has provided really poor customer service - This is a reoccurring theme but they told me it would take two hours for an years the service department has provided really poor customer service - This is a reoccurring theme but they told me it would take two hours for an oil change after 3 I went to look for some one who left me standing in the service bay for 15 min to go “find out what is going on” when they returned I was told my truck was just getting finished and they needed to wait for the keys -Ihave stuck with them due to my maintenance plan - but I have now completed that so will find a different service option. I should know better than to take my car to a Toyota Dealership. I had a couple quotes to get my lock fixed from 2 other places which was around $200 or less then I had to pay for a diagnostic of $50 a Dealership. When they called me to tell me it would cost $932 to fix my locks I was shocked. This shows you how much money they make off of people.....still mad that people want to screw you over. More
