Always make an appointment and our RAV4 is taken right in for service after checking in. We were told that it would take 60 - 90 minutes this time. The only complaint we have about the dealership, we waited in waiting room, was the horrible condition of the chairs in there. Very uncomfortable and padding in them totally broken down. Chairs in showroom in much better condition and much more comfortable. Other than that, we will continue to use AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. More

Called Service Dept to inquire on the phone about a brake issue I was having on our 2018 Highlander. I spoke with Bill (Grubb). When I approached one, he seemed annoyed and bothered that I was asking for help and then referred me to someone else. Luckily, the woman who helped me knew how to give good customer service and kept me informed as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. It seems to me that they could use customer service training to at least greet customers when they come in even if it's just to let them know they will be helped soon. More
