I was a bot nervous when I showed up for my appointment. Several others waiting to be helped. I was met 10 min after my scheduled appointment however what was very pleasing is that my Sequoia was ready exac Several others waiting to be helped. Once I made my appointment, I showed up for the appointment and was able to wait while the service was completed. There was a lack of communication about a car rental charges I incurred while my Camry was there for factory recall work. Was told by the service writer the rental would be covered by Toyota. Tired to find out why car rental charges were not completely covered as promised by the service tech by trying to contact service management for 4 days. They would not return any calls. Left several messages asking for call back, no answer. Finally got in touch with management of the dealer to discuss the problem and worked it out. Total lack of communication with service management that would not return calls to discuss my concerns. Lack of explanation of what Toyota would pay for with the car rental by the service tech. Will no longer be buying my Toyotas from any Autonation dealer. More
