What a absolutely terrible service experience here. From the get go it was clear that customers were not the priority. Elliot must have been an Army drill sergeant prior to this as he belted out his precanned expectation speech. It was also apparent he was more interested in the pizza maker and his lunch than the customer in front of him as he grabbed us to go, and then proceeded to talk to different people with no apparent reason in mind making us wait an additional 10 minutes. Several hours later, granted this was an easy tire rotation and oil change, I hear NOTHING from my service advisor and call to see what is up. I get transferred to Jeremy’s voicemail and an hour later no call back. At this point it was about 5 hours from drop off and so I called again and had someone slightly more helpful say that they think it might be done. I make it back to the dealer and just like before there’s several people working but none makes eye contact or greet you and it’s apparent you aren’t the priority. The gentleman who helped me said Jeremy didn’t write down or have them check the extra service I had requested and when I indicated. When I explained that this was not a pleasant experience he didn’t seem to care one bit as it must be something they hear far too often. They also lost my keys and had me dig through their key box as some moron has mislabeled the key tag. Overall, a terrible experience where I did not feel valued nor was the price I paid worth the crappy service. Regardless, I won’t ever go back and will make sure to tell anyone I know with a Toyota to avoid this place at all costs. More

Customer service at this dealership is excellent. Jason is professional and friendly and timely with his texts. The service was done in a timely manner. This visit was the result of failure to start when the starter button was activated. It was caused by a battery failure, or really two. The second was a new battery I installed from NAPA that appears to have sat on the shelf too long and became defective despite assurances from the salesperson that is was in top condition. I had to be “towed”, at great expense, to AutoNation Arapahoe. They installed a second “new” battery, checked and tested the entire starting system and sent me on way after a very expensive and protracted problem. More
Made an appointment to replace a tire and they didn’t even have the tire in stock…they let me drop the car off and everything and didn’t say anything. I have purchased five vehicles from Autonation Toyota. Customer service has always been wonderful which is why I return. In the last few visits it has not been up to par. I scheduled a service appointment for my daughter’s Corolla last Friday, the 17th at 12:15pm. She attempted to drop it off, but was told an appointment did not exist. Anthony was not very receptive to her and it was not a good experience for her as a 17 year old. It took 3 hours for the vehicle to be completed. If this continues I will look elsewhere for service even before the service agreement is expired. I need to be able to be comfortable sending my daughter to your dealership and know she will get taken care of. More
