It’s a great place. Busy but prompt. I always feel confident with their service. They could use some more comfortable chairs in the waiting area. You are usually there Busy but prompt. I always feel confident with their service. They could use some more comfortable chairs in the waiting area. You are usually there more than an hour. After about 30 minutes, the chairs become very uncomfortable. More
I went in for a recall service that should have taken an hour and a half. I scheduled about a week in advance. I went to the waiting area to...wait (in really uncomfortable chairs, I might add). At the t hour and a half. I scheduled about a week in advance. I went to the waiting area to...wait (in really uncomfortable chairs, I might add). At the two hour mark I was called and told it would be about 20 minutes and asked if I wanted to get my brake fluid flushed for $150. It's brakes and those are kinda important so I said okay. Was told it would all be done in an hour. *Another* two hours later I was called to say it was done but the recall wasn't done because they didn't have the part and the technician didn't realize it until he was almost done. Done with what is beyond me since what I came there for wasn't done. I'm especially irritated that I wasn't told this on the first call and instead up sold services. That just feels deceptive to me. I was told it'll take a few days for the part to come in and I could come back early next week for the service. I was planning on scheduling my 100k maintenance with them because it's nearing, but after this experience I think I'll go to a different dealership. Four hours and a $166 upsell to not have what I went in for done is just not okay. I returned the following week when they had the parts (and the rep did check when I got there at 8:30am for my scheduled appointment). At 2pm I asked when my car would be ready and the rep stated the mechanic was "fighting with the after market alarm put on there." in a tone that indicated it was my fault it was taking well over the hour and a half it should have taken. He then asked if I used the alarm on my car. -.- Yes, I use the alarm. You have the keys with the fob that controls it, so that should be obvious. It wasn't completed until 3:15pm. 6.5 hours to complete a 1.5 hour service is totally unacceptable. Total time: 10 and a half hours over two days in the span of two weeks for a recall service. I will never return to this dealership for service, repair, recall, or purchase of a new vehicle. This is the single worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I can't NOT recommend this place enough. Go elsewhere. More
It is incredibly expensive for services, so that is my only real negative. I am not sure I can afford to continue to have my car serviced at the dealership. Everything else was fine. only real negative. I am not sure I can afford to continue to have my car serviced at the dealership. Everything else was fine. More
Nicole greeted me at my car and quickly gathered the information about my car and the service I needed. My car was ready when promised.
