I would recommend the dealership but for the past few years the service department has provided really poor customer service - This is a reoccurring theme but they told me it would take two hours for an years the service department has provided really poor customer service - This is a reoccurring theme but they told me it would take two hours for an oil change after 3 I went to look for some one who left me standing in the service bay for 15 min to go “find out what is going on” when they returned I was told my truck was just getting finished and they needed to wait for the keys -Ihave stuck with them due to my maintenance plan - but I have now completed that so will find a different service option. Always make an appointment and our RAV4 is taken right in for service after checking in. We were told that it would take 60 - 90 minutes this time. Received a text from Jason a few minutes before the 90 mi for service after checking in. We were told that it would take 60 - 90 minutes this time. Received a text from Jason a few minutes before the 90 minutes that the service was completed. Everyone was very courteous and explained any questions we had. The only complaint we have about the dealership, we waited in waiting room, was the horrible condition of the chairs in there. Very uncomfortable and padding in them totally broken down. Chairs in showroom in much better condition and much more comfortable. Other than that, we will continue to use AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe. More

I should know better than to take my car to a Toyota Dealership. I had a couple quotes to get my lock fixed from 2 other places which was around $200 or less then I had to pay for a diagnostic of $50 a Dealership. When they called me to tell me it would cost $932 to fix my locks I was shocked. This shows you how much money they make off of people.....still mad that people want to screw you over. More
