AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe - Service Center

My frustration was with the promise of a shuttle ride to work when we dropped off the car. When we scheduled the appointment I was told the shuttle would be available. When we dropped off the car there was work when we dropped off the car. When we scheduled the appointment I was told the shuttle would be available. When we dropped off the car there was a note that the shuttle driver would be back in 2 hours! And after numerous failed attempts to arrange the shuttle to pick me up from work to get my car I had to find a ride on my own again! All this for a recall repair! More

I came in for my 90,000 mile check up on my Toyota 4-Runner and drove away a few hours later with a smooth and safe drive home! Everything thing was checked and tires rotated, refilled all component 4-Runner and drove away a few hours later with a smooth and safe drive home!
