AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe - Service Center

I took the vehicle in on a recall, but asked that the service department help remove the gas cap attachment (the little plastic thingy that connected the gas cap to the inside of the gas door) without cu service department help remove the gas cap attachment (the little plastic thingy that connected the gas cap to the inside of the gas door) without cutting it so I could replace the stock gas cap with one that locks. Blake received my vehicle, and made notes on the service sheet to have the above done; however, upon returning to collect my vehicle, Blake was on lunch, my vehicle was parked outside, and the gas cap connector is still connected to the gas door. My car had been there for more than 3 hours, but apparently the notes Blake had written down weren't paid any attention to or made known to the people who did the actual service work. More

Made an appt for headlight fix - they changed fuel pump without my consent due to recall, did not install correctly and gas has been leaking into my 2018 highlander. When I took it back I was told by Blak without my consent due to recall, did not install correctly and gas has been leaking into my 2018 highlander. When I took it back I was told by Blake (worst assistant manager) to deal with the smell and did they want me to put back in old fuel pump. Complete and utter lack of service provided. Now I have to go back for a third time as it is still not corrected and they are unable to get gas smell from my car. It is a complete safety hazard to be driving around. Worst experience by far!!!!! I purchased a 2011 Prius from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe in October of 2011. The AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe Service Center is the only place that has ever serviced my vehicle. To date, other than regular in October of 2011. The AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe Service Center is the only place that has ever serviced my vehicle. To date, other than regular maintenance, a radio issue, and things that should be done at maintenance appointments, I have yet to have any major repair needed.
