I've been here twice now, friendly and efficient service both times. This second time I worked with Travis for my FIRST service appointment for my 2020 Toyota Prius Prime (bought in Dec 2019). My only quibble with the service is with Toyota and not this dealership -- as a result of COVID and it being an energy-efficient vehicle, I didn't have any reason to come in within the first two years of service when the service would've been free (and wonder if I should've come in this last Monday as I was still only on 3700-ish miles). (I think it should've been free under the unusual circumstances.) More

Half star for AutoNation if it is available. I had two cases for the March 17th, 2022 appointment. First one was Toyota care which went well. Second one was to check my Apple Carplay not working, and that was not professionally done by them. They told me my car was not equipped with it, which contrasts to the window sticker. I called AutoNation on March 19 and talked with Tony Ray. He referred me to talk directly to Toyota USA. I asked him why they didn't tell me on March 17. Wasting my time and energy. Toyota USA handled my case well. More
I have had only wonderful service from this dealership. They are friendly and courteous when I go in to service my vehicle. High level customer service using trained, knowledgeable associates and they listen. My problem was replacing a headlight and taillight bulb.
