I have so many positive things to say about AutoNation Toyota. Jason L in the service department has been so great to work with. He went above & beyond when communicating about the repairs & costs, arra Toyota. Jason L in the service department has been so great to work with. He went above & beyond when communicating about the repairs & costs, arranging pricing & payments, as well as securing shuttle service. There were factors in each of those services that required special accommodations. Jason was always courteous, friendly & helpful. Mike, the shuttle driver also accommodated my special requests, provided clear, prompt communication & showed up when he said he would. Then at the dealership today, John in sales brought my dog some treats & a bowl of water when he saw us sitting in the waiting room. The overall excellent service I have received here has taken what was previously a very stressful situation for me & turned it into a great experience. The unexpected kindnesses on top of the high-quality service mean so much to me. Thank you all so much! More
Had one of the worst experiences at Service. Was told I needed an alignment. They broke the lock nut and then turned around and charged me to replace it. Blake, the service advisor then failed to properly explain the “new” oil change program which turned out to be another money making scam. I was at the dealership for over 8 hours. The service advisor at one point told me they would be ready in 30 minutes and then two hours went by, nothing! They needed to replace the other lock nut but didn’t have the part. I was told they would order it and call me when it came in the following week. Never got the phone call. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with servicing a vehicle. It is unbelievable and deeply disappointing More

Jeremy, assistant service advisor was truly awesome. We had a check engine light that was on, the diagnostic test indicated that an oxygen sensor was bad. The sensor was replaced, then on the way home t We had a check engine light that was on, the diagnostic test indicated that an oxygen sensor was bad. The sensor was replaced, then on the way home the check engine light came back on. We went back to the dealership, the technician checked it out, and it turned out that the part was defective. So we had to leave the car to wait for a new part. Before we came back to get the car, the tech test drove it to make sure that the check engine light did not come back in. Jeremy took really good care of us and should be commended for his excellent customer service. Thanks Jeremy!! More
