I was communicating with them via text. Was told all was fine. My responsibility is that my voicemail was not working and I did not know that! Today - almost ten days later I hear a voicemail that the was fine. My responsibility is that my voicemail was not working and I did not know that! Was told when I picked up my vehicle that all was fine and the air filter would last until the next service. No one mentioned a rodent's nest when they turned over my keys. My son used to work on cars - we just looked at it and there is no way I had a nest of any sort. I will NEVER return to this dealership. More
