I was told by the service department when I scheduled my recall appointment that the parts were in. It turns out that wasn’t the case. It’s a 90 minute round trip for me so a great waste of time. Very nice employees, but I still don't understand why it takes 2 hours to do a simple oil change, check fluids and not do a tire rotation. I'll be back again for a few more issues (recall but parts back ordered) and then determine if I'll keep bringing it back since my Toyota Care has expired. $122 for an oil change seems very high to me. One last thing, it would have been nice if the Service Dept would have put a sticker on my windshield to remind me of my next service, I'm getting conflicting advice as to the timeframe to perform oil changes, is it 5,000 or 10,000 miles? More
