Mark (Arvid) Anderson did a fine job in explaining what was needed to be done on my truck. All pricing was discussed up front and my truck was ready when promised. was needed to be done on my truck. All pricing was discussed up front and my truck was ready when promised. More
Autonation and Toyota were beyond terrible and frustrating. Our 2024 Sienna was delivered with one key. We were told we would “get it later.” The vehicle was purchased in mid December. In late Ma frustrating. Our 2024 Sienna was delivered with one key. We were told we would “get it later.” The vehicle was purchased in mid December. In late May I went to the dealer where the vehicle was made (Autonation Toyota in Centennial, Colorado). My wife could not find her key while I was out of town. Therefore, I said I needed a key immediately. After speaking with many people, and getting nowhere, I was told to call Toyota brand engagement. The dealership blamed it all on Toyota corporate. I asked if I could order a key and was told I could, but I would have to pay for it. This means that the key did exist, and I could not return it when my key was delivered. I then called Toyota brand Management, and was told that I would receive a letter by the end of the month stating that my key had arrived . I said to the representative that the end of the month is next week. The representative said she understood and I would get a letter by the end of May. I did not receive a letter. I called again in the middle of June, and was told I would receive a letter by the end of June. When this did not happen, I called in the middle of July and was told that my key was ready. The representative transferred me to my dealer of choice, which was Autonation Toyota in Centennial. The service rep was trying to set an appointment and I said we were going out of town and would like to pick up the key either the next day or on Saturday. I was told I needed to call a service advisor named Arvid. She could not transfer me, so I dialed his number. I left a message and never received a return phone call. When we returned, I set an appointment with the dealer. I specifically told them that I was setting the appointment to get my key. They checked, and said the key was ready to go. When we brought the car in, they had to check with someone else to make sure the key was available. I was told it was. We left the car all day, and when we returned, I was told the key was not available. I was quite upset, and was trying to find someone who could be able to help me. A sales manager named Greg Haught shared my frustration and said he would get it taken care of. A few days later, I had not heard from anyone, so I contacted Greg He was quite surprised that I had not heard from anyone. A few few days later, I received a call from service saying that my key would be there in a few days. After about a week, I called back to see if the key was there. (I don’t know why the person did not call me to tell me the key was ready.) I finally received my key today. This was about eight months after buying the vehicle. The service advisor, Arvid, asked me to leave a five star review. He said his pay depended on it. Really? I would like to leave -5, but that is not a choice! More

Horrible Service. If I could, I would give Negative stars I went in for Oil Change and tire rotation on July 16, experienced horrible customer service. I was waiting, If I could, I would give Negative stars I went in for Oil Change and tire rotation on July 16, experienced horrible customer service. I was waiting, and I was told 30-45 minutes. 1 hour later, I went outside to find they had not even pulled my vehicle from reception area. Same day I ordered my second key part of Toyota recall. I got a call, a week later that my key had arrived. Then I scheduled an appointment for July 31st, and went in. Once I was in the service advisor talked to me and said he would check for the order. He comes back saying the my order was never placed and they have to put in an order. Lying straight to my face. Then I walked with him to the parts, and talked to the parts rep. He confirmed the order and receipt of my key. Finally they get the key, and the advisor kept me there for 1.5 hours to program a stupid key, while I went in with an appointment. I am never going back there. More
