I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours and it took 5 and half hours. It was not a complicated service at all. I mainly went for Bluetooth upgrade which they told me was not available. And he restored my faith in this dealer after a less than exceptional experience with the sales person. -Anthony told us about a feature our new car has that the sales rep said it did not -Anthony proactively ordered second key fob that sales rep did not explain had to be ordered (said it would just arrive automatically) -and upon needing to keep car day longer for install due to part damage Anthony offered to fill up gas tank and wash the car before we picked it up to make up for inconvenience!
