Horrible Service. If I could, I would give Negative stars I went in for Oil Change and tire rotation on July 16, experienced horrible customer service. I was waiting, and I was told 30-45 minutes. 1 hour later, I went outside to find they had not even pulled my vehicle from reception area. Same day I ordered my second key part of Toyota recall. I got a call, a week later that my key had arrived. Then I scheduled an appointment for July 31st, and went in. Once I was in the service advisor talked to me and said he would check for the order. He comes back saying the my order was never placed and they have to put in an order. Lying straight to my face. Then I walked with him to the parts, and talked to the parts rep. He confirmed the order and receipt of my key. Finally they get the key, and the advisor kept me there for 1.5 hours to program a stupid key, while I went in with an appointment. I am never going back there. More
