Tony Ray has been our personal service provider since 2012 when we first purchased our Sequoia and he also helps with service on my husband's Tundra. He is always a pleasure to talk to, asks about our lives and honestly feels like a family member. Whenever we have had issues with our vehicles, Tony has always figured out a way to help keep the repair costs as low as possible and the repairs finished in a timely manner. Tony is the epitome of an excellent employee and you can tell loves working with his clients and his co-workers. We are so grateful for all that Tony does for us and would highly recommend using Autonation and specificaly choosing Tony to help with your vehicle service needs. More
Chase Thill was my service rep and he took great care of me. I could buy a car anywhere but I have purchased 6 Toyotas here because of the great customer service here when it comes to getting my vehicles se me. My vehicle was ready sooner than estimated and Chase went over everything that was done to my vehicle. I will continue to bring my cars here and buy Toyotas here because they make what could be the most frustrating part of vehicle ownership the easiest part. More
My Tundra model is Hybrid 1794 but you write SR5 on invoice. I wonder if you installed the right car parts for me? I waited 6 hours at waiting area. Repairs - Replaced main vehicle circuit breaker which totally drained all electrical power from the truck and wiped out all data in the emissions system. Blamed my brand new battery which they ran totall totally drained all electrical power from the truck and wiped out all data in the emissions system. Disappointed, I have had nothing but problems with auto nation service centers. This is the second one I have been to and I am always left disappointed, frustrated and feeling like they don’t care. This time at the auto nation Toyota Arapahoe I called before hand to make sure that they could and would be able to work on a Volkswagen, they assured me that they could work on it. So it was surprising that when I arrived at the dealership a week later with a scheduled appointment that they didn’t have the filter for my oil change. This added an additional hour to my appointment. After they “finished” my service appointment I come to find out that they didn’t even bother to look closer at my brakes which have been screeching, I was told that the level they were at are fine and that they didn’t need to be replaced and that the problem was that I needed to take my car through a car wash to get the debris off the brake pads, which I had my car washed before I brought it in. I also noticed that when I looked at the paperwork that was send via email that they didn’t check the box that my tires were rotated, but when I got an email from carfax that they were reported to have been rotated, so which is it were they or weren’t they. Also about a week after my appointment my coolant light came on that it was low, they didn’t bother to check it or my windshield washer fluid. It’s concerning to me because what else didn’t they bother to check. I find that going to auto nation service centers a woman is treated like she doesn’t know anything about cars and is sent on their way because they won’t know the difference. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Period. More
