For the second time my problem was not resolved. I was told there would be someone to help me with the problem (Android Auto intermittent). When I checked out there was no one to help. He was so patient with me and took his time on the phone with me while I got my grandmother's decision. Tom cranked out the work as fast as he could and took extra care to clean the gunk off the engine and double check fluids. Jason Ledbetter and Tom are phenomenal and exemplary employees that deserve so much credit and recognition from AutoNation and Toyota!! More
