The individual people who helped me were efficient and communicated clearly. I appreciated being shown a video of my car's low voltage battery. That said, it super sucked to pay $150 for a DIAGNOSTIC. My regular mechanic doesn't charge anything for that, and the only reason I came here is because I had a warranty through them. I feel manipulated that I *had* to go here for the warranty coverage, and it ended up not being a covered repair. What a racket you have going here. Now that I know better, I'll be handling the warranty coverage at my regular mechanic from now on. More
