Very nice customer service from all the staff including the lady who scheduled my appointment. Jason missed removing the "maintenance needed" after servicing my Hybrid Hylander but when I took it right ba the lady who scheduled my appointment. Jason missed removing the "maintenance needed" after servicing my Hybrid Hylander but when I took it right back in another service agent came out and removed it instantly. He explained to me how the features worked on this new Hybrid and I was so grateful!!!
