Straight up, always working hard to help you & keeps you updated the whole time! I always avoided Dealerships because of cost but when several auto repair shops keeps repairing the same problem over & over updated the whole time! I always avoided Dealerships because of cost but when several auto repair shops keeps repairing the same problem over & over & then tell you that they can’t fix it, only Toyota. it gets frustrating ! Toyota fixed the issue & I have had no problems since. I’m always going to take it to Arapahoe Toyota for now on. Thanks for the professional crew & fixing a problem that would of been less if I didn’t take it somewhere where it seemed they where just guessing. More

Toyota as a brand is going down the hill. My prime RAV4 does not even have manufacturer provided fast charging cable. They only give you a regular cable which takes 12 hours to get the ~ 50 miles full charge. Had to buy 3rd party cable. And 4 hrs for 50 miles is not really fast charging considering what Tesla does. I won’t be buying anymore Toyotas. More

Their computer still had a 2019 Camry in their database that I traded in for a 22 Camry that I brought in for service. I told them about the error when I brought the 22 Camry in for service. Instead, the computer signed in my car as a 2019 Camry. They never checked the VIN to see if it matched the service ticket. They serviced it as a 19 Camry and charged me $100 for an oil change. They didn’t rotate the tires they told me my car was not under warranty. This is a 22 Camry with less tha 4000 miles. This was a stupid fest! The guy actually argued with me until I showed him the registration for the 22 Camry I brought in for service. It wasn’t only his fault. The mechanic who serviced my car didn’t get it either. All he saw was a ticket to service a 19 Camry. The cars are models that are 3 years apart! The service manager saw the problem right away when I called him over and all he did was apologize and put in a refund of the $100 that I would get in a few days. He should have gone beyond that to make it right. I have been a customer there for 25 years. I will never buy or service another car there again. More
