I spoke with Trenton Raitz. I needed an oil change and new tire (it had a nail in it). My sensor light keeps coming on. Trenton had his team set PSI gage to 37 and set sensor light is not broken. Sensor light continues to come on and I'm not sure why. I need Trenton Raitz to contact me and resolve this issue. Autonation has always been upfront and honest with what is needed for my Tundra to keep it in good condition. From the time of the sale of my truck 5 years ago to now. I’ve always been treated with respect and taken care immediately. Todd Hoevel was extremely helpful. I explained to him I was leaving out of town and was worried about the breaks and tires. He had everything inspected and went over everything with me. He took the time to explain to me what was needed in the future for me to keep the truck in good running condition. The sales experience was great but slow. Service people were awesome but my issue was unresolved. The issue happened in the check-in bay but was not repeatable back with the tech.
