Overall they are good and better than Sapp Toyota. Poor hand-off between employees communication. I had to tell 4 people the same thing, 4 different times, and no one communicated among themselves. While I have had great experiences with this dealership, this experience had been an absolute nightmare! When our Toyota Yaris's window motor went out, we contacted AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe to schedule a this experience had been an absolute nightmare! When our Toyota Yaris's window motor went out, we contacted AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe to schedule a repair. Unfortunately, they had to reschedule the repair, as they claimed that they did not have enough time to fix the window. When we brought the car back in May, a whole FIVE MONTHS later, they told us they sent the part back, but they would keep the car and install the motor within a few days. Due to their negligence and stupidity, they ordered the wrong door motor, so they had to order a new one to repair the car. As a result, we were without the car for a week and a half. To end this great experience, they only gave us $30 off the $500 repair, and told us how it was our fault even though this stupid and horrible dealership was the one that made ALL of the mistakes. Do NOT take your car to get repaired here, ever! More
