I waited at the dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be 90 minutes, but it ended up being 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. When I got in my car, I noticed there were 8 tire rotation. I was told it would be 90 minutes, but it ended up being 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. When I got in my car, I noticed there were 8 additional miles on the car than when I brought it in. Mileage showed 86,017 when I dropped it off and 86,025 when I picked it up. Very concerning. Where did they go with my car? In addition, I was not given the standard "automobile evaluation" which shows which items were inspected and suggestions for the next visit. Can someone email this to me? A big dropoff in service from previous visits. More

It took two visits to do a repair that was scheduled to be completed when the initial service appointment was made. I ordered a part from the parts counter to be installed when the 55,000 mile routine ser be completed when the initial service appointment was made. When I was told my car was ready, I was informed as I was getting ready to pay for the service that they had failed to order the part and I would have to schedule another appointment to have it installed. When I arrived to have the ordered part to be installed, it took the tech approximately one hour more to install the part than I was told it would when I dropped off the car and waited for the service to be completed. This location is the worst place to get service. Each time I've taken my car to get fixed they mess it up! I never have car issues but the second I go to them, it's horrible!! What makes this dealership five stars is the wonderful service when I take both my cars in for oil change and repairs I have been going here since 2011 and I have dealt with Jason Ledbetter, one of the service when I take both my cars in for oil change and repairs I have been going here since 2011 and I have dealt with Jason Ledbetter, one of the Service Managers, over the years. He gives top notch customer service. He could not be better. He is extremely honest. That character trait stands out. If you need the car back by a certain time he makes sure it’s finished before that time I have never had to take my car back twice when he oversees the repairs. It’s fixed perfect each time. If I forgot something he knows the history of the car and what I need. Most places, before coming here I had to go back because they’d leave a part off or a screw. He’s a hard worker, loyal to the company, and Toyota Auto Nation is very lucky to have an exceptional employee like Jason Ledbetter. He stands out from the rest. More
