Very good experience except the service advisor needs some customer interface training. He presented me the Good news / Bad news scenario. 10K mile service completed with no issues but the service advis some customer interface training. He presented me the Good news / Bad news scenario. 10K mile service completed with no issues but the service advisor stated the bad new was the appointment was completed in 45 minutes instead of the normal 1 1/2 hour time. He said his management team would not be happy. How is that bad new for me as a customer? How would that be bad news between the service advisor and management? I will still come to AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe for my car's appointments. More

10,000 mile free factory service. Easy to schedule online. Lots of dates and times to choose from. Entered service area and was greeted quickly. I received a letter for free multi point checkup for my newly bought 2017 Corolla. So I did setup an appointment and took the car. I waited for 1 hour and they did not do any multi point checkup. They said that they topped off the fluids. Later I checked and realized that they did not do that either. It is a waste of time. More
I recently took my Highlander in for a recall repair. Delership is organized and friendly. They provide a comfortable waiting area with wi-fi, drinks, and vending machines. No complaints. Fairly good selection, and all of the vehicles on the lot looked good. Clearly they are still fighting post-pandemic issues, since they only had 1 Highlander out there. But they had a lot of 4-runners! More
